Is anyone else, dead dog tired?
My house is a disaster although I have been cleaning it for two weeks straight.
I managed to force all three girls to go to the gym and 20min into my workout I almost threw up.
Now I am just vegetating on the couch next to my dog...thinking he might feel the same way I do.
MOTIVATION: Is the psychological feature that arouses an organism to action toward a desired goal and elicits, controls, and sustains certain goal directed behaviors. Yawn...maybe tomorrow!
